Service dashboard and reports
Track today's shop floor and month-to-date sales on the service dashboard, and use 28 service reports on revenue, gross, technicians, advisors, declined work and more.
The Service dashboard tells you what is happening today and how the month is going. Service reports go deeper: revenue and gross, technician efficiency, advisor approval rates, declined work, warranty receivables and more. All numbers come from one calculation, so the dashboard, the reports and the AI assistant always agree.

Each report shows its formula at the bottom. Key definitions:
- Repair orders count on the day they close. Revenue is before tax and includes every pay type.
- Efficiency = billed hours ÷ actual (clocked) hours. Productivity = billed hours ÷ scheduled hours. Utilization = clocked hours ÷ scheduled hours. Scheduled hours are the technician's weekly hours minus full-day absences.
- Cost = billed hours × technician labor cost + parts at cost + sublet vendor cost.
Service history #
From an RO, select Unit history, or open a customer's service history from a reminder. History shows appointments, repair orders, work performed, parts installed, warranty work, recommended and declined work, technician notes, mileage and hours readings, invoices and payments. For a traded-in unit, earlier service in your own dealership is found by the vehicle link or VIN.
Ask the AI assistant #
The AI assistant can answer questions such as "Which service types made the most gross this month?" or "Which technicians have unused capacity?" from the same numbers. See what the assistant can do.
Tips #
- Review Declined work and Recommended work every week; they are your easiest extra sales.
- Compare Technician efficiency with each technician's target from their profile.
- Use the CSV export for your own spreadsheets; it is safe to open in Excel.
