Comparing rooftops on the group overview

Compare every rooftop side by side on stock, sales, gross, leads and appointments, with whole-group totals from the same metrics as your reports.

Last updated For dealer group owners and general managers Documentation for MotoDealerHQ 1.0.0-beta.1 “Assen”

The group overview answers "how is each store doing?" on one screen. Each rooftop is a row, each key number is a column, and a Whole group row at the bottom gives the totals. The numbers come from the same metric calculations as Reports & AI › Metrics, your reports and the assistant, so they always agree.

Open the group overview #

  1. Open Reports & AI › Group overview. You can also get there from Settings › Dealer group with the Group overview button.
  2. Pick a From and To date and select Update. Without dates, the page shows the last 30 days.
  3. Read across a row to see one store, or down a column to compare stores.
  4. Select a column header to open that metric on the Metrics page, split by rooftop, with its formula, completeness and the records behind it.

Tips #

  • A dash means there is no data for that store in the period, or the metric could not be calculated.
  • Gross and margin depend on complete vehicle costs. Check a metric's completeness on the Metrics page before you compare stores on gross. See costs and holding.
  • For saved, scheduled or exported versions of these numbers, use the reports.
